Booking rules

1) Online reservations are accepted only with the payment in advance of the full rate.

2) Reservations changes : any changes to an existing booking can be requested by emailing the following address: info@ No refund requests will be accepted in case of double reservation.

3) Reservations are not refundable..

4) It is possible to subscribe, during the booking process, a weather insurance, which covers the cases of adverse weather conditions, reimbursing the amount paid for the reservation, if available by the insurance company at the moment of the reservation. The relationship is established with the company Revo, which will refund the entire amount paid when the conditions are met.

5) Day change: It’s possible to move the reservation to another day, sending a specific request by mail to this address: info@, within and no later than the deadline of 48 hours from the day booked. Our booking office will check the availability of the same spot or another spot belonging to the same category. If a spot in the same section is not available but another of a lower category is available, no refunds for the difference will be made.

6) For safety reasons and to protect their safety, children under 12 years old are allowed only in the section on the beach. They may enter for free up to 4 years old. After that age group they pay the full rate.

7) It’s possible to add a third sunbed in addition to a couple only on the beach section, selecting an umbrella equipped with 3 sunbeds.

8) The entrance to the beach club is per person.
